Here’s an exercise for developing explosive power:

The progression would go as follows:

Throw → Dive Throw → Jump + Dive Throw → Jump + Jump + Dive Throw

Anyone remember the post I made regarding pomegranate products?  Someone had sent me an article regarding it’s ability to raise testosterone levels.  Long story short, if you drank 8oz per day for 2 weeks it would raise your test.
